The Pamlico County Arts Council hosts a hat making station for FlounderFest. Kids (and adults) have the chance to make Flounder Hats.

Come to the Arts Council tent by the Village Gallery between 11:30a and 1:30p on Saturday, July 3. No need to bring supplies, just your creativity.
